Strategic technology, engineering, and business development executive with an MBA in Information Systems, PE licensure in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, and deep experience leading digital transformation, federal programs, and complex technical organizations.

My background spans defense modernization, DOE/DoD/USACE/NAVFAC environments, capture support, project controls, quality systems, and operational performance. I lead multidisciplinary teams, support high-value federal pursuits, and align technical execution with business outcomes.

My current focus is applying AI-native tools and modern automation workflows to opportunity tracking, client intelligence, capture planning, proposal readiness, and executive prioritization.
